About this Gig
Your bot runs, but the account is bleeding, or you just don't trust that one perfect backtest the AI showed you? Let's find out if it actually works, and stop it from blowing up.
I'm Jorge, a software engineer with 6 years in MQL4, MQL5 and Pine Script and 300+ trading bots built. I backtest, optimize and risk-protect existing trading bots and expert advisors for MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and prop-firm accounts.
One great-looking backtest usually means the bot is curve-fit: tuned to past data and likely to fail live. I test it properly and tell you the truth.
What I can do:
- Run a real backtest and give you an honest robustness report
- Optimize the parameters so they hold up out-of-sample, not just on history
- Add a proper risk layer: stop loss, position sizing, daily loss cap, drawdown limits
- Make it comply with prop-firm rules like FTMO (5% daily / 10% max drawdown)
Send me your bot file and your strategy rules, and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth optimizing.
I don't sell ready-made bots and I can't guarantee profit. I make your bot safer and more robust, and I tell you the truth about it.

Clients I’ve worked with
SuperAnnotate
The company had several responses from the AI that programmed trading bots or indicators, and my job was to check if the responses were good or not and record a video showing what was wrong and how to correct them. SuperAnnotate is a company and software platform that helps organizations create and manage the data used to train AI models.

FAQ
My bot looked great in backtest but loses money live. Why?
Almost always curve-fitting: the settings were tuned to fit past data, so they fall apart in live markets. I re-test it properly and optimize so it holds up in the future market, not just on history.
What do you need from me to start?
Your bot file (.mq5, .mq4 or the Pine script), your strategy rules, and the symbol and timeframe you trade. The more detail, the better the test.
Can you make my bot pass an FTMO or prop-firm challenge?
I can add the risk controls prop firms require: daily loss cap, maximum drawdown limit, and position sizing. I can't guarantee you pass, that depends on the strategy and the market, but I'll make it compliant and much safer.
Will optimizing make my bot profitable?
I can't promise profit, and I won't pretend to. I make it more robust and less likely to blow up, and I'll tell you honestly if the underlying strategy has no real edge.
Do you sell ready-made or profitable bots?
No. I test, optimize and protect the bot you already have. I don't sell ready-made bots.
