I am a Microsoft-certified IT professional (AZ-104 Azure Administrator, AZ-900, CEH v12) with over 8 years running enterprise infrastructure across five countries. I currently lead IT operations for an engineering group with offices in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Tanzania and Oman.

Will my email go down during the migration?
No. I plan migrations so mail keeps flowing throughout. I pre-stage mailboxes, sync data in the background, and only switch DNS once everything is verified. The last full company migration I ran had zero downtime and no data loss.
Do I need to buy the Microsoft licenses myself?
Yes. Licenses are billed by Microsoft directly to your own account, and the price here covers my work only. Tell me your user count and I will recommend which plan actually fits so you are not paying for features you will never use.
Do you need admin access to my systems?
I need a delegated admin account you create for me, never your personal password. You keep full ownership of the tenant at all times and can revoke my access the moment the work is delivered.
What time zone do you work in and how fast do you reply?
I am based in Egypt (GMT+3) and I usually reply within a few hours. I work with clients across Europe, the Gulf and Africa, so I can schedule cutover work outside your business hours if needed.
