The price includes the agreed number of rendered views, 3D modeling/visual setup, environment, lighting, landscape details, and final image delivery according to the selected package. Large sites, complex layouts, animations, or extra views may need a custom offer.

Unless agreed before the order, the package does not include architectural permit drawings, engineering drawings, legal zoning approval, full landscape design documentation, major layout redesign, unlimited new concepts, or source files for every package.
