Can the AI take actions, or does it only chat?
Both. Using agent tools and function calling, the AI can search, book, fetch data, fill forms, and complete multi-step tasks, not just answer questions.
What is the difference between a RAG chatbot and a normal chatbot?
A normal chatbot answers from general knowledge and often guesses. A RAG chatbot answers from your own data (your docs, FAQ, product catalog), so replies stay accurate, current, and specific to your business.
How much will the AI cost to run each month?
That depends on usage and the model. I help you pick a cost-effective setup, optimize prompts and caching to keep usage low, and can use self-hosted open-source models if you want to cut API costs further. I give you an honest estimate before you order.
Is my data safe? Will it be used to train AI models?
Your data stays yours. With the standard API setups I use, your content is not used to train the models, and for sensitive data I can deploy a self-hosted open-source model so nothing leaves your own infrastructure.
Do you build for web or mobile?
Both. Flutter for mobile (Android and iOS), Next.js or React for web, with a FastAPI backend. I can also do mobile and web together.
