What information do you need to get started?
Share your priority workflow, Slack workspace, cloud account, required apps, knowledge sources, users and approval rules. We agree acceptance tests before building. Use secure invitations or scoped access, never send passwords.
Can the agent integrate with my existing tools?
Packages include 2, 5 or 8 authorized app connections. I confirm API access, plan limits, permissions and feasibility before ordering. Unsupported integrations or new workflows need a separate scope.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Ongoing maintenance is not included. Hosting, model usage and other subscriptions are paid separately by you. Each package includes testing and handover; additional support or new functionality requires a separate agreed order.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Revisions correct or refine the agreed workflows and acceptance criteria. New apps, workflows, datasets, deployments or ongoing operation are not revisions and require a separate scope.
Can the AI act without approval?
Outbound actions are designed to wait for a named human approver, with logs and scoped access. We define the exact actions, roles and boundaries before building. This is not an unrestricted autonomous agent or a voice-agent package.
