Do you provide the models pre-supported?
Pre-supporting is available as a specialized add-on or included in the Premium package. I use professional-grade orientation to minimize contact marks on detail-heavy areas like faces and muscle textures, ensuring a clean finish after curing.
What is "Keying," and why do I need it?
Keying (or splitting) is the process of cutting a large sculpture into smaller, interlocking parts (e.g., separating arms, head, and base). This allows you to print large-scale statues on smaller resin printers and makes painting much easier. All Standard and Premium orders come fully keyed.
Can you hollow the models to save resin?
Yes. For larger statues, I hollow the mesh and place internal "drain holes" in discreet locations (like under a foot or inside a joint) to prevent uncured resin from being trapped inside, which can cause models to crack over time.
Are your models "Watertight" and Manifold?
Absolutely. I guarantee 100% manifold geometry. Every STL file is checked for "naked edges" or flipped normals before delivery. You won't have to fix my files in secondary software like Meshmixer or Netfabb; they are ready for your slicer immediately.
Can you work from a rough sketch or just a description?
Yes. While concept art is preferred, my 9+ years of experience and background in mythology and anatomy allow me to develop a character based on a detailed text description. I will provide a block-out for approval before moving to high-poly sculpting.
Which export formats do you provide?
I primarily provide STL for printing and OBJ for digital viewing. If you require the original source files (ZTL or Blender), please let me know, and we can discuss the source-file add-on.
