My experience includes DLD transfer documentation, developer NOCs, Contracts A/B/F, mortgage and cash transaction coordination, Ejari and POA document coordination.

This package does not include completing a property transfer, drafting legal instruments, legal advice, notarisation, certified translation, authority submissions, or official fees. Approvals and processing times remain with the relevant authorities. Additional coordination can be scoped separately.
