A: Yes, it is legal - and safe. The checks are external and non-intrusive, the same information any visitor's browser receives. I only ever work on websites the buyer owns or is authorised to manage, and I confirm that with you first.
Q: Do you need my passwords?
A: Not for the Snapshot or Full Audit - those are external checks. For Audit + Fix, access is arranged safely AFTER the order starts: a temporary admin login that you create and can delete the moment we finish. Never send passwords in the pre-order chat.
Q: Can you guarantee my site will never be hacked?
A: No - and you should distrust anyone who promises that. What I do is remove the documented weaknesses attackers actually use, then prove it with a re-check and a dated report.
Q: My site is already hacked. Can you help?
A: Message me first and describe the symptoms (strange pages, warnings, host emails). Cleanup scope depends on the infection; Audit + Fix is usually the starting point, and severe cases may need a custom offer before ordering.
Q: What exactly do I receive?
A: A dated written report: every issue found, the evidence, a severity rating and the exact fix. Audit + Fix orders also receive a before/after report after the re-check.
