How fast can you actually start?
Usually within the hour. Send a screenshot or screen recording of the issue with your store URL and I will diagnose it before you order, so no time is lost figuring out scope after the clock starts.
Do you need access to my store?
Yes, Staff access with theme permissions. You can create it in two minutes and revoke it the moment I deliver. I never need your payment, customer, or financial data, so do not grant those permissions.
What counts as one bug?
One specific issue on one part of your store, resolvable in about an hour. If your problem is bigger than that, I will tell you before you order and send a custom offer at the right price. I would rather quote honestly than start a job I cannot finish inside the package.
Will fixing this break something else?
No. I duplicate your theme and work on the copy, so your live store keeps selling untouched. I only publish once you have seen it working, and I test desktop and mobile before delivery.
What if you cannot fix it?
I diagnose before you order, so this is rare. If I take a job and cannot resolve it, I cancel and refund rather than delivering something half-working. That is better for both of us.
Do you work with any Shopify theme?
Yes, free themes, premium themes, and heavily customized ones. Themes that have been modified by several developers over time are the most common thing I get sent.
