What is the down time that will occur?
Migrating a website requires changing your domain (URL) from old hosting to new one which can take some time (in some cases upto 48hours) but, mostly it is immediate - that time is required by your domain registrar & has nothing to do with delay on my end. DOWNTIME WILL NOT OCCUR ON MY BEHALF!
My website is too big? Can it be moved?
Practically saying, every WordPress website can be moved easily. For big websites, transferring your website can take more time. Please discuss with me in this regard before ordering to avoid unwanted delays.
What package is best for me?
As the gig says, if your website has less than 200MB of data (Files + Database), Bronze Package is best for you! If your website has less than 400MB of data (Files + Database), Silver Package is the right choice! Websites larger than 400MB of data (Files + Database)? Pick All-Inclusive Package
I am using CloudFlare? Will this speed up my website migration?
CloudFlare gives you the option to remove downtime needed by your domain registrar to migrate your website to new host. Changing hosts from CloudFlare is almost immediate and takes just less than a minute to change, in most cases.
What do you need to initiate the migration? is FTP access alright?
I will need full access to your old and new web hosting (CPanel) including PHPMyadmin, File Manager and your WordPress Dashboard username and password to successfully move your website.
I am moving to new domain? What do I need to provide?
The name of your old domain as well as new domain in addition to full administrator access to new/old web hosting (CPanel), PHPMyadmin as well as the WordPress dashboard of old/new websites.
I lost access to my WordPress dashboard! What do you need to move that website to new host?
Lost your WordPress dashboard password? No worries! I can reset it for you if you provide web hosting (CPanel), including PHPMyadmin and file manager credentials of old and new hosting
