Do I need to give you access to my Shopify store?
Yes, you'll need to add me as a staff/collaborator on your store so I can make the changes directly. I only request access to the sections relevant to the job theme and code, mainly.
Can you customize my checkout page too?
That depends on your Shopify plan checkout page customization is only available on Shopify Plus, not on Basic, Shopify, or Advanced plans. If you're not on Plus, I can still help you optimize everything leading up to checkout (cart page, product pages, upsells, trust badges) to improve conversions
My theme is custom-built, not a standard Shopify theme. Can you still help?
Yes, I work directly with Liquid code, so custom themes aren't a problem. If anything, custom builds are usually what I deal with most every store I've worked on has had its own quirks.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I need fixed?
No problem message me first and describe what's going on (even just "this section looks weird" is fine). I'll take a look and tell you honestly what package fits before you order anything.
Will you also touch my product data or inventory while fixing the theme?
Only if you ask me to. By default I stick to the theme/code side of things, but if your issue is related to product data, out-of-stock display, or inventory syncing, let me know and I can include that too.
