What do you need from me to start?
Your workflow goal in your own words, the tools involved (where the data comes from and where it must go), and a small sample of your real data. I confirm the full scope and the right package in writing before any work starts - no surprises later.
Do I need my own n8n account?
Yes - the workflow runs in your own n8n (self-hosted or n8n Cloud), so you stay in control of your data. I deliver an import-ready workflow file plus a written runbook and guide you in writing through importing and activating it. Hosting setup and fees are not included.
My data is messy. Can the workflow still handle it?
Usually, yes - cleaning is part of the build. Standard and Premium include formatting, standardising, validation and duplicate checks, and anything unsafe goes to an exception list for your review instead of being lost. A separate deep-clean is quoted upfront if needed.
Can you build this in Make or Zapier instead?
No - and I would rather be honest than take your money for the wrong thing. I am an n8n specialist: every workflow I sell is one I have built and live-tested in n8n. I do not offer Make or Zapier. If your job truly needs those platforms, I am not the right seller for it.
How do we communicate, and is my data confidential?
We communicate in writing only, through Fiverr messages, so you have a clear record of scope, progress and delivery. Your data stays confidential: I use it only to build and test your workflow, never share it, and all public sample work uses synthetic test data, never client data.
