FAQ
Do I need to buy any additional plugins or tools?
No. I use lightweight, free plugins and clean code. You only need your existing WordPress hosting. If your hosting is slow, I can recommend better options.
Will I be able to update my site content after you redesign it?
Standard and Premium packages include a video tutorial showing exactly how to edit pages, change text, and update images – no coding required.
What if I'm not happy with the redesign?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If the final design doesn't match our agreed mockups or the site doesn't hit 90+ PageSpeed, I will revise it for free or offer a full refund.
Can you work on my site without taking it offline?
I always work on a staging copy of your site. Your live site remains untouched until you approve the final version. No downtime, no risk.
How do I know if my site needs speed optimization or a full redesign?
Message me your website URL. I will reply within 1 hour with a free technical audit – including PageSpeed score, Core Web Vitals issues, and specific recommendations. No charge, no obligation.
