Is this built with Python?
No. This service uses Google Apps Script in your Google account and the OpenAI API. The delivered implementation and documentation match that stack.
Will it send emails automatically?
No. Standard and Premium write drafts into the Sheet for your review. No email, CRM update or other external action is sent automatically.
Are OpenAI API costs included?
No. You own and approve usage in your OpenAI account. A ChatGPT subscription is separate from API billing. Configure credentials privately; never send an API key in chat.
What does Premium add?
Up to 100 supplied test records, extended input/review rules, detailed QA documentation and two revisions for the same single-Sheet workflow. It does not add another integration or source system.
Is the AI always accurate?
No. Outputs need human review. I test agreed examples, retain missing values and flag ambiguous results. Local mocked validation does not replace acceptance testing in your accounts.
How is confidential data handled?
Share only necessary, authorized data and use anonymized samples first. Approved rows are sent to OpenAI for processing. I do not include customer files or credentials in portfolio examples.
What is a revision?
An adjustment to the agreed fields, categories, prompt tone or output formatting. New sources, integrations, languages or a different workflow require a new agreed scope.
What are the input and package limits?
One Sheet, one language, up to 6000 characters per record. Basic: 5 fields, 3 categories, 25 tests, manual run. Standard/Premium: 10 fields, 5 categories, 50/100 tests. An optional hourly trigger needs live acceptance and your approval of recurring API usage.
