- Upgraded the React Native app and adopted Expo Modules; aligned Android/iOS build settings and CI/CD. - Modernized core dependencies safely, resolved breaking changes and removed deprecated APIs. - Overhauled the Guest experience end-to-end: redesigned flows and UI, built a reusable StickyBottomSheet, and standardized TestIDs to strengthen QA automation and regression testing. - Reworked deep linking with unified scheme/route mapping, typed parameters and route guards, improving reliability and observability.
