How do we start? Do I need to prepare anything?
Just message me a short description of the issue and your setup (router/firewall model, OS). We agree the scope, then I connect via screen share (Zoom/AnyDesk) at a time that suits you.
What if you cannot fix my issue?
We discuss your issue before you order. If after diagnosis the problem turns out to be outside what we agreed (e.g. failed hardware), I will tell you honestly and we cancel - you do not pay for a fix you did not get.
Can you work outside my timezone or urgently?
Yes. I schedule sessions around your working hours and can usually start the same day for urgent outages. Message me first and mention it is urgent.
