Which hardware works with Odoo POS?
Most standard hardware: thermal receipt printers (Epson ePOS recommended), USB barcode scanners, cash drawers, weighing scales and customer displays, on any tablet, laptop or touchscreen PC with a browser.
Does Odoo POS work without internet?
Yes. Once a session is open, the POS keeps selling offline and syncs all orders automatically when the connection comes back.
Can you set up kitchen printing for my restaurant?
Yes. I set up your floor plan and tables, and route orders to kitchen and bar printers or a kitchen display screen, so each station only sees its own items.
Can you import my existing products?
Yes. Send me an Excel or CSV export from your old system and I'll import products, barcodes, prices, categories and opening stock.
Will you train my staff?
Yes. The Premium package includes a live training session for cashiers and managers covering sales, refunds, closing the register and reports. Training can be added to other packages too.
