About this gig
Looking for fresh roofing leads from real local data?

IMPORTANT
These are data-based roofing opportunities, not guaranteed sales. A permit or storm event is a signal, not a guarantee that a homeowner needs a roof.

FAQ
Q: What are roofing leads based on?
The leads are based on public building permit records and, where available, recent storm activity. Each record includes the available information used to identify the opportunity.
Q: Do you provide storm damage roofing leads?
Yes. Where reliable storm data is available, I check for recent hail or wind activity and include the storm correlation in the lead data.
Q: Are these guaranteed roofing customers?
No. A permit or storm event is an opportunity signal, not a guarantee that a property owner needs or wants a new roof. The data is provided to help you find better prospects.
Q: Are the leads recycled?
I do not intentionally recycle old records as new leads. Weekly packages track new qualifying records so you can see what has changed.
Q: Can I choose a specific city?
Yes. I currently work with selected U.S. markets. Send me the city before ordering and I can check whether suitable public permit data is available
Q: What information is included?
Depending on the market, the data can include property address, permit information, property type, lead score, lead intent, source reference, storm correlation, storm date and storm event.
Q: Is the same data available for every city?
Not always. Different cities publish different public records and fields, so available information can vary by market.
Q: How often is the data updated?
Basic is a one-time snapshot. Standard and Premium include weekly updates.
Q: What format will I receive?
Basic is delivered as a CSV file. Standard and Premium use Google Sheets.
Q: Can you add another market?
Yes. Message me with the city and I can check the available public data and provide a custom offer if needed.
