FAQ
Can you look at my app before I order?
Yes, please do. Send the link or a screenshot of the error and I will tell you what is actually wrong, which package fits, and roughly how long it takes. If it is a ten minute fix I will say so instead of selling you a package.
My app already works. Why would I need a security pass?
Working and safe are different properties. The two failures I find most are an API key readable in your frontend bundle, and Supabase row-level security missing or switched off, which lets any logged-in user query another user's data. Neither shows up as a bug. Both show up as an incident.
Can I not just export to GitHub myself?
You can, and you should. What you get is AI-written React still wired to Lovable's managed backend, with no build pipeline, no environment config and no security pass. I take that export and make it a project that runs on your own hosting without them.
What do I actually stop paying for?
Lovable Pro is $25 a month and that covers your hosting, your custom domain and your badge removal. Once the app is on your own Vercel or VPS, hosting is usually free or a few dollars, and you only pay Lovable again if you choose to keep building there.
Will my data survive the move?
Yes. Supabase projects move with their data. If you are on Lovable's managed backend I migrate the schema and rows into a Supabase or Postgres project you own, and I show you the row counts on both sides before we switch over.
What exactly do you check in the security pass?
Frontend bundle for exposed keys and secrets, environment variable handling, Supabase RLS policies table by table, auth session and redirect configuration, and any endpoint returning data it should not. You get a written list of what was found and what changed.
Do you also work with Bolt.new and Base 44?
Same platforms, different spellings, all fine. Also Replit, v0, Cursor and Claude Code output. If your tool is not listed, message me, it is probably React underneath.
What counts as one bug?
One reproducible problem you can describe. "Stripe webhook returns 500" is one bug. "The app does not work" is a project, and I will scope it with you before you order rather than after.
How do we handle access to my accounts?
Through Fiverr only, and with the least access that does the job. Invite me as a collaborator on Lovable or Supabase rather than sharing a password, and revoke it when the order closes. If I rotate keys, you set the new ones yourself.
What if you cannot fix it?
I will tell you before you order, which is why I ask for the link first. If you have already ordered and the cause turns out to be outside the app, a dead third-party API for example, I refund rather than bill you for the diagnosis.
