I design, build and run Telegram bots in Python as complete products, not prototypes. Typical scope of a project: conversation logic and state handling, LLM integration (DeepSeek / OpenAI) with cost control and honest fallbacks, PostgreSQL with async SQLAlchemy and migrations, subscription payments (Telegram Stars, USDT), referral and partner systems, admin tooling, scheduled jobs via Celery, and deployment as a self-restarting systemd service on a VPS with backups and monitoring. I run several of my own bots in production, so I know the parts that only show up after launch: silent API failures, message formatting limits, payment edge cases, and keeping a bot alive on a small server.
