Q1: What information do you need from me to get started?
Answer: Ideally your code file(s), the exact error message/traceback, and a quick note on what the code is supposed to do. The more context, the faster I can fix it.
Q2: Do you fix bugs in machine learning or AI projects specifically?
Answer: Yes — I have hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone/Qdrant), and ML models (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow), so I can debug AI-specific issues, not just general Python.
Q3: What if you can't fix the bug?
Answer: If after investigation I determine the issue is outside Python/backend scope (e.g. infrastructure or third-party service outage), I'll let you know immediately and we can discuss a partial refund or next steps — no wasted time on either side
Q4: Can you work with a large, existing codebase?
Answer: Yes — for larger multi-file projects, please go with the Premium package or message me first so I can scope the size and give an accurate timeline.
Q5: Will you explain what caused the bug, or just send back fixed code?
Answer: Depends on the package — Standard and Premium include a written explanation of the root cause and fix. Basic includes just the working code fix (documentation can be added as an extra)
Q6: Do you sign NDAs or handle confidential code?
A: Yes, I'm happy to sign an NDA for sensitive or proprietary codebases — just send it over before we start.
