Does your business operate the way you think it does?
I compare the CEO's expectations with daily operations to identify bottlenecks, unclear responsibilities, coordination gaps and dependencies.
As an MBA with experience in finance, operations and strategy, I assess how your teams work together and where execution falls short.
All packages include the same diagnostic across 7 operational dimensions:
- 1 initial CEO session to understand goals and strategy.
- Individual interviews with team leaders or key staff.
- 1 findings report with identified gaps and prioritized recommendations.
- 1 closing CEO session to review results and next steps.
Staff session and department limits:
BASIC: up to 5 sessions across up to 5 departments.
STANDARD: up to 8 sessions across up to 7 departments.
PREMIUM: up to 12 sessions across up to 9 departments.
Each session lasts up to 60 minutes. Both CEO meetings are included separately from these limits.
Additional staff sessions are available as extras. Implementation is not included.

What is the difference between the packages?
All packages include the same diagnostic, an initial CEO interview, a findings report and a closing CEO session. Basic includes up to 5 staff interviews across 5 departments; Standard, up to 8 across 7; Premium, up to 12 across 9.
Are the CEO sessions included in the staff interview limit?
No. The initial CEO interview and closing session are included separately. Each interview and session lasts up to 60 minutes.
What will I receive?
A written findings report identifying operational bottlenecks, unclear responsibilities, coordination gaps and dependencies, with prioritized recommendations. We will review the findings and suggested next steps during the closing CEO session.
What do you need from my company?
Your business goals, organizational chart or list of departments, a brief overview of your operations, and access to the CEO and selected team members for interviews. Relevant existing documents may also be requested.
What if I need more interviews?
You can purchase additional interviews as extras. Each extra includes one interview of up to 60 minutes, preparation, analysis and integration of the findings into the report. Additional delivery time applies.
Does the service include implementation?
No. This service includes diagnosis and prioritized recommendations. Process redesign, system setup, staff training and implementation support require a separately agreed scope.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send a brief overview of your company, including employee count, departments, locations and main operational concerns. We will confirm the appropriate package, scope and interview availability before you order.
Will my company's information remain confidential?
Yes. Information and documents shared during the diagnostic will be used only to deliver the agreed service and will not be published or shared with third parties without your authorization. An NDA can be agreed upon before interviews begin.
Will employees' interview responses be shared with the CEO?
The report focuses on operational findings rather than attributing comments to individuals. I will not include names or identifiable quotes without the participant's consent. In small teams, some situations may still reveal their source. These limits will be explained before each interview to encour
