About me
Hi, I’m Alissa, the reader behind Firefly Reads. Stories have always been my happy place, and the best ones stay with us long after the final page. I read widely, especially romance, historical fiction, literary fiction, and mystery. I’m drawn to strong female protagonists, character-driven stories, and touches of humor. As a beta reader, I focus on emotional connection, character growth, and the relationship's journey. My feedback is warm, honest, and specific to the story what drew me in, what kept me invested, and where I wanted more while respecting each author’s voice and vision.
