Do I need an existing WordPress website?
Yes, this Gig is designed for existing WordPress websites. If you need a new website with AI chatbot integration, please contact me for a custom offer.
Can the chatbot capture leads from website visitors?
Yes! Standard and Premium include lead capture, allowing visitors to submit their contact information directly through the chatbot. Standard includes email notifications, while Premium adds one supported CRM or Google Sheets integration.
Can you integrate the chatbot with my CRM or booking system?
Premium includes one supported CRM/Google Sheets integration and a booking-link handoff. Advanced integrations, custom booking workflows, or multiple CRM connections require a separate custom offer.
Which AI technology will you use?
I primarily use Botpress with an OpenAI GPT model for this service. The final configuration depends on your website requirements and the available features of your chosen chatbot/API account.
Are the AI chatbot subscription or API costs included?
No. Any required third-party subscription, hosting or AI API usage charges are separate and paid by the client. I will explain the necessary setup before starting your order.
What information do you need to get started?
Please provide your WordPress website URL, business details, FAQs, branding preferences and chatbot requirements. After placing the order, I will guide you through arranging the necessary website and platform access securely.
Can the chatbot provide 24/7 customer support?
The chatbot can respond to visitors at any time, subject to platform availability, account limits and API credits. AI responses are not guaranteed to be perfect, so I configure appropriate fallback responses for unanswered questions.
Do you provide revisions and support after delivery?
Yes. Basic includes 1 revision, while Standard and Premium include 2 revisions within the agreed scope. Additional development, new integrations, and ongoing chatbot maintenance can be discussed separately.
