FAQ
What do you need from me to fix the file?
Please send me the rejected file (PDF, EPUB, KPF, DOCX, etc.) plus the rejection message you received from the platform. This helps me diagnose the issue quickly and accurately.
Can you fix any type of rejection?
Yes — I handle all issues related to bleed, margins, trim size, fonts, color mode, cover sizing, EPUB errors, metadata, and structural problems.
Do you support platforms other than KDP?
Absolutely. I fix files for KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, Barnes & Noble Press, and all POD printers.
Will my book be guaranteed to pass review?
After my fix, your file will meet the platform’s technical requirements. While platforms make the final decision, my corrected files consistently pass approval.
Can you fix covers, interiors, or both?
I can repair both. You can send one or both files depending on the issue.
How fast can you deliver?
Most fixes are completed within 24 hours. Complex issues may require extra time, but I will always update you.

Ongoing collaborationAmazing ‼️. The level of professionalism was admirable. She actually did and delivered what she said. She never made excuses, such as, this is not possible, or it will be hard. She just figured out the issues, and there were many, and gave me solutions. She is a keeper and highly qualified and recommended.
