After only 5 years working in Unix, I reached a Leader position as responsible for the Onshore and Bestshore teams for one of our customers. This role required less technical skills and more planning, reporting and team management. It required also to be the face of the Unix team towards our customer and deal with the requests as well as managing all the escalations.
