About this Gig
Messy business spreadsheets are hard to trust and harder to use. I turn Excel and CSV data into clean, standardized, professionally organized Excel workbooks.
Depending on your package, your rescue may include:
Duplicate and junk-row removal
Whitespace, capitalization, date, category, and value standardization
Column cleanup, splitting, combining, and renaming
Merging related files or sheets
Filters, frozen headers, sensible widths, and consistent formatting
Useful formulas, summary sheets, and basic charts when they add real value
Raw/source sheets preserved when appropriate
QA checks and a transformation summary
You receive a completed, usable .xlsx workbook.
PDF work is not included in standard packages. Suitable PDF tables may sometimes be handled through a Custom Offer after I inspect the source file.
I do not reuse buyer files or buyer data in portfolio samples, templates, products, or other client work. Please remove or anonymize sensitive information that is not necessary for the project before uploading files.
I provide data transformation and reporting, not accounting, tax, legal, medical, investment, employment, credit, or compliance judgments.

What file types can you work with?
Excel XLSX/XLS and CSV files are the standard formats for this Gig.
Can you work with PDFs?
PDF work is not included in any package or self-service Extra. Some machine-readable PDF tables may be suitable, but I must inspect the PDF first. If appropriate, I can quote it through a Custom Offer.
Will you keep my original data?
Whenever practical, I preserve the source files untouched during processing and can include clearly labeled raw/source sheets in the finished workbook.
Can you merge several spreadsheets?
Yes. Standard and Premium include related-file consolidation within their stated file, row, and complexity limits.
Do you remove duplicates?
Yes, when duplicates can be identified safely from exact records or clearly agreed fields. Ambiguous entity matching may require clarification or a Custom Offer.
Can you build a dashboard?
This Gig includes useful summary sheets and basic charts, not large custom dashboards.
How do you handle buyer data?

A revision corrects or adjusts work within the originally agreed scope. New files, transformations, reports, or business rules are additional scope.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Please message first for unusually large files, many sheets/files, PDFs, complicated merging, ambiguous duplicate matching, macros, or unusual requirements.
