Venue dimension (length x Width in ft or m), or a floor plan/photo/sketch from the venue, your guest count, table shape and size, and a list of elements ( Stage, bar, dance floor etc) If you don't have dimension, tell me the venue name because many venue publish them.
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch or a photo?
Yes, most client send a phone photo of the venue's own floor plan or a rough sketch. I redraw it to scale.
What file format will I receive?
Print-ready PDF and high-res PNG on every package. JPG on a request. Editable source file.
