Should I contact you before placing an order?

What do you need from me to get started?
Server access (SSH key or temporary user with sudo, or control panel login), the OS/provider, and a clear description of the task or error. Please share credentials only through Fiverr order chat.
Which operating systems and platforms do you support?
Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, RHEL, Rocky and AlmaLinux on any VPS, dedicated or cloud server (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Linode, Proxmox, VMware). I also work with cPanel/WHM, CyberPanel and Webmin.
Do you offer ongoing server management?
Yes. I offer monthly maintenance including updates, security patches, monitoring, backups, log review and troubleshooting. Message me and I will send a custom offer based on your number of servers.
Is my server and data safe with you?
Yes. I come from a cybersecurity background, take a backup or snapshot before major changes, never touch data outside the task scope, and recommend you change or revoke access after delivery.
