I turn long podcast episodes into vertical clips for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. I built my own editing pipeline for this and I have cut a few hundred clips with it. Every clip gets a written hook in the first second, captions animated word by word, automatic reframing that keeps the speaker centred even on wide shots, and audio normalised to -14 LUFS, the loudness standard social platforms use.
