What file types can you handle?
PDFs (native and scanned), Word, Excel, images, invoices, receipts, forms and emails. Not sure yours works? Send a sample before ordering and I'll confirm — free.
My documents are scanned or low quality. Is that a problem?
No. I use OCR + AI to read scanned and imperfect documents. Very poor scans may need a quick manual check, which I'll always flag before delivering.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your documents are used only to complete your order and never shared. If your data is sensitive, tell me and I'll adapt the process accordingly.
Do I need to pay for AI separately?
Only for the automation and chatbot packages, and it runs on your own API key — usually just a few cents per document, so you keep full control. Basic extraction has no extra cost.
I'm not technical. Can I use the automation?
Absolutely. I deliver it set up and ready, with a short guide (text + screenshots). Everything is handled async through Fiverr chat.
