Turn repetitive purchase order PDFs into clean, reviewed Excel or CSV files without mixing uncertain data into the approved output.
I process your digital PDFs, extract the agreed header and line-item fields, normalize the data, and separate unclear items into an exceptions file for review.

Can you process scanned PDFs?
Clear machine-printed scans may be possible after sample review. Handwriting, damaged scans, or very poor image quality require custom assessment and are not guaranteed.
What counts as one document layout?
A layout is a consistent structure from the same supplier or template. Different column positions, labels, or line-item structures count as additional layouts.
How do you handle uncertain data?
I do not silently place uncertain critical values into approved output. Missing, ambiguous, inconsistent, or low-confidence items are listed separately with their source reference.
Will you import the result into my ERP or accounting system?
No. Standard delivery is Excel/CSV only. I can match a supplied schema, but direct import, credentials, API work, and accounting actions are excluded.
Can you process invoices or quotes too?
Yes, if the structure is repetitive and the required fields fit the package. Send anonymized samples before ordering so I can confirm scope.
Do you use AI or OCR?
I may use suitable extraction tools, but the product is a reviewed business file, not raw AI output. The agreed result, exception handling, and traceability define delivery.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Never send passwords. This Gig works from the authorized documents and output instructions you provide through Fiverr.
Can you guarantee 100% accuracy?
No extraction process can guarantee universal accuracy across every layout and scan. I review agreed fields and isolate uncertainty instead of hiding it.
