A simple automation has one trigger and up to two actions using apps that are already supported by Zapier or Make.com. Complex branching, custom code and advanced API work are not included.
2. Do I need a Zapier or Make.com account?
Yes. You must provide your own account and any paid subscription required by the apps or workflow. The appropriate plan depends on the number of steps, apps and monthly executions.
3. Will you need my passwords?
No. I will never ask for your passwords. You must connect and authorize your own apps, and I will guide you through any required setup.
4. Which apps can you connect?
I can work with apps that have suitable native integrations in Zapier or Make.com. Please contact me before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
5. Can you automate a complex business process?
This gig is focused on simple and practical workflows. Complex branching, custom APIs, large migrations or critical business systems require a separate technical review and quote.
6. Can you work in Spanish?
Yes. I work in English and Spanish. Documentation and communication can be provided in either language.
7. What does the support extra include?
The support extra includes up to two minor workflow changes, basic testing and troubleshooting during the selected 14-day support period. New automations and major redesigns are quoted separately.
8. Can you guarantee that an automation will always work?
I will configure and test the agreed workflow. However, third-party apps may change their APIs, permissions, plans or available features, so ongoing maintenance may sometimes be required.
