My book was done by your previous publisher, and a lot of mistakes were made. She was able to make all the corrections overnight for the most fair price! Whereas the publisher said I would be put in a queue and they could start the work in December, which is two months from now.

The book design was good and the final files worked well for KDP. However, as a first-time KDP author I expected more guidance. Responses were often brief and sometimes came across as abrupt. Happy with the end result, but the support and customer experience could have been better.
