PREMIUM: up to 2 connected workflows, 20 steps total, 4 apps and 2 AI steps.
Every package includes:

FAQ
Does every package include AI?
No. Basic connects tools using defined rules. Standard includes one AI step; Premium includes two. We recommend AI only when useful and agree how output will be reviewed. AI output is not guaranteed to be error-free.
What counts as a step, and how are errors handled?
A step is a trigger, action, condition or AI operation. We agree apps, data volume and output before work. Every package includes input validation, a basic failure notification and sample-data tests. Advanced retries and monitoring are separate.
Are hosting, subscriptions and AI costs included?
No. Your platform plan, hosting, subscriptions and AI/API usage are paid through your accounts. We identify prerequisites before ordering. n8n hosting or server setup is separate unless explicitly included.
What do you deliver, and how do you handle access?
You receive the workflow export, setup notes and test results. Access uses appropriate invitations or a secure method; never put passwords in samples. Any transfer of your data to an AI service must be agreed before implementation.
What does a revision cover?
A revision adjusts the workflow within the agreed process, apps and acceptance criteria. New integrations, extra steps, a different process or higher data-volume requirements are scope changes and need a separate agreement.
What support is included after delivery?
Seven calendar days of help with reproducible defects in the delivered scope. Monitoring, new features, third-party changes and hosting work are separate. Handover notes explain how the workflow operates.
