Industrial Centrifugal Blower Design SolidWorks CAD Modeling & Fabrication Drawings
Are you seeking a dependable mechanical design engineer to create your industrial blower or air-handling system? I specialize in designing backward-curved centrifugal blowers used in flour mills (atta chakki), industrial plants, and material handling systems.
What I offer:
- Complete 3D CAD modeling of centrifugal blowers (7.5 HP and other capacities) in SolidWorks
- Sheet metal design using AISI 1015 CR or customer-specified materials
- Structural weldment design (support frames, base structures) using ASTM A36 or equivalent
- Accurate design of inlet draft tubes, outlet ducts, and casings tailored to your airflow requirements
- Assembly modeling including fasteners, bearings, motor mounts, and pulley/belt arrangements
- Full assembly validation and clearance checks
- Exploded view and Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and assembly
- Detailed 2D fabrication drawings (GA drawing, sheet metal flat patterns, weldment drawings)
- Quick revisions and manufacturing-ready files (STEP, DWG, PDF, SLDPRT/SLDASM)
Ideal for: Flour mills, cement plants, foundries, HVAC fabricators, and industrial machinery manufacturers se

FAQ
What information do you need to start the design?
I need the blower's required airflow (CFM/m³/hr), motor HP, inlet/outlet duct sizes, static pressure requirement, and material preference (e.g., AISI 1015 CR, ASTM A36). If you don't have exact numbers, I can help calculate them based on your application (like atta chakki/flour mill).
Do you also provide fabrication drawings, or only 3D models?
I provide both — full 3D CAD assembly in SolidWorks plus 2D fabrication drawings including sheet metal flat patterns, weldment drawings, and GA (General Arrangement) drawings, ready for your workshop.
Do you do structural/weldment design as well?
Yes, I design the supporting structural frame and weldments (base, mounting brackets) along with the blower casing, so the entire assembly is fabrication-ready
Can you validate the design (clearance checks, motor fitting, etc.) before sending fabrication drawings?
Absolutely — I always do assembly validation, clearance checks, and exploded-view review to make sure there are no fitment issues before finalizing drawings.
