Can I put multiple scripts on one order?
Unfortunately, each script, no matter the length, is one GIG. You just need to make a separate order for those extra scripts. Feel free to message me and I can always create a custom order for you.
I have a phone script that needs all the files split
This is fine! I split up to 5 files for an additional $5. Any extra after that and you will have to add on to the additional "split files" button.
Can you call into my google voice and record a voice greeting?
At this time, I do not offer this as a service.
What is your revision policy?
I provide one free tone revision per order. Script or directional changes may incur an additional charge. Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of audio delivery.
Pronunciation Policy
Tricky pronunciations/company names/technical words/foreign words require a SPECIFIC sound guide. If this is not provided and I guess the pronunciation incorrectly, a fee will incur.
