Gig Summary
About this gig
Losing leads because nobody replies fast enough?
I build AI chatbots inside GoHighLevel that reply to every lead in seconds, answer questions, qualify them, and book appointments straight into your calendar, 24/7.
WHAT YOU GET:
-AI chatbot trained on your business, offers and FAQs
- Lead qualification questions and smart handoff to your team
- Auto booking into your GHL calendar with reminders
- Works on website chat, SMS, Facebook and Instagram DMs
- Leads tagged and moved into your CRM pipeline
- Follow-up for leads who go quiet
- Full testing before delivery
BEST FOR:
Coaches, consultants, agencies, real estate, clinics, and local service businesses.
I have worked with GoHighLevel since 2019, so the bot is connected to your pipeline, workflows and calendar properly, not just placed on a page.
Not sure which package fits? Message me your business type and what you want the bot to do, and I will suggest the right setup, free.

GoHighLevel specialist since 2019 — I build revenue-focused GHL systems that turn cold leads into booked appointments. Businesses struggle with messy pipelines, broken automations, or a painful ClickFunnels-to-GHL migration. I specialize exclusively in GHL: CRM setup, funnel migration, and workflow automation for agencies, coaches, and Shopify stores. Expertise: AI chatbots for 24/7 lead capture, Shopify/webinar/lead gen workflows, and repairing broken snapshots & pipelines. I don't just deliver projects — I build long-term automation partners. Let's automate your growth.

FAQ
Which platforms does the chatbot work on?
It runs inside GoHighLevel and works on website chat, SMS, and Facebook and Instagram DMs, depending on your package.
Do I need a GoHighLevel account?
Yes. If you don’t have one yet, message me first and I’ll guide you on the right plan before you order.
Will the bot sound robotic?
No. I train it on your business, tone, and offers, then test real conversations before delivery so replies sound natural.
Can it book appointments automatically?
Yes. It checks your GHL calendar, books the slot, and sends confirmation and reminders automatically.
What if the bot doesn’t know an answer?
I set handoff rules so the lead goes to your team instead of getting a wrong reply, and you get notified right away.
What do you need from me to start?
GHL sub-account access, your services and FAQs, your calendar link, and your preferred tone of voice.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. I offer monthly bot tuning and automation support to improve replies and booking rates. Ask me after delivery.
