I will write sponsorship proposal deck copy and tier structure for your event
Senior Event Production Manager, Brand Activation Consultant
About this Gig
I have spent 18+ years producing large-scale brand activations and live events, and I have sat on both sides of the sponsorship table. I know what sponsors actually look for, what makes them say yes, and why most sponsorship decks fail to close. A strong sponsorship proposal is not a rate card. It is a business case that connects your event's audience and assets to a sponsor's marketing objectives, with clear tiers, honest valuation, and benefits a brand can actually use. What you receive: - Sponsorship deck narrative written to sell, not just inform - Tier structure (presenting, gold, silver, etc.) with clear benefit ladders - Asset inventory: every sponsorship benefit your event can offer - Valuation guidance so your pricing is credible and defensible - Outreach strategy for approaching and following up with sponsors Send me your event details, audience demographics, and any existing sponsor materials. I will build you a proposal that gives sponsors a reason to say yes. Available in English and Spanish.

FAQ
Do you design the slides, or just write the copy?
I write the narrative copy, tier structure, benefit descriptions, and asset inventory. I do not provide graphic design or slide layout. You can drop my copy into any deck template, or hire a designer to build the visual presentation.
How do you determine sponsorship pricing?
I base pricing on your event's audience size and demographics, comparable sponsorships in your market, and the tangible value of your assets (signage, naming rights, activations, digital reach). You receive defensible pricing guidance, not arbitrary numbers.
Do you work on-site?
These gigs are deliverable-based (documents and consulting). For on-site production in the San Antonio area, message me — different conversation, happy to have it.
What do you need from me?
Your event date, venue, program/plan as it exists today, and your budget range. The messier the starting point, the more a review helps.
Rush delivery?
Message first. If the date works, I'll say so honestly; if it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.
Revisions?
One structured revision round is included in every gig — send consolidated notes and I'll turn it fast.
