• Led one of five Agile development teams within Strategic Asset Liability Management Technology, including 10+ developers, 2+ QA team members, a scrum master, and a development lead. • Served as technical lead and architect for the Comet platform, which evolved from Broker Dealer Liquidity Forecasting (BDLF) and incorporated streaming data-flow components, Consolidated Cash Ladder, THOR, BOF, and related custom components. • Led BDLF production adoption and subsequent enhancements supporting BDS and Brexit-related needs while maintaining high-availability financial data workflows. • Owned Application Manager responsibilities for Global Cash Position (GCP) and GCP Intl/GMD, leading efforts to redesign legacy sub-applications and extend platform life through modern architecture. • Drove transformation from a Microsoft/C# platform toward RHEL-based Java, Angular, and Kafka architecture while working with DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server data stores. • Supported transition from TFS to Git/Bitbucket with Jira and Confluence, plus CI/CD and quality automation using Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, and Selenium. • Handled design reviews, code reviews, change management, release management, production support, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, team ceremonies, and occasional scrum master coverage.
