What access will you need?
Depending on the issue, I may need temporary WordPress administrator access, hosting access, or FTP access. Please share credentials only through Fiverr messages. You can remove the temporary access after delivery.
Do you provide a backup before making changes?
I will back up the relevant files or settings whenever possible. For major changes, please confirm that your hosting account has a recent full website backup.
What is not included in this gig?
This gig does not include new feature development, full website redesign, malware removal, website migration, or complete website development. Please contact me for a custom offer.

One issue is a single clearly defined problem, such as a broken layout, plugin error, contact form issue, or responsive display problem. Multiple unrelated problems may require a larger package or custom offer.
