What software do you use to connect remotely?
I use a custom built version of Rustdesk that is double reverse-proxied from my environment. I'll ask you to go to our support portal, enter a PIN for the download, and get connected. You'll be able to see my cursor and everything happening on your screen at all times.
What if my issue isn't fixed in the allotted time?
I'll always communicate with you honestly during the session. If a problem turns out to be more complex than expected, we'll discuss options before going further.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this service?
Not at all. I'll walk you through every step of getting connected. If you can read instructions, we can make it work.
What operating systems do you support?
Primarily Windows and Linux distributions; if you're on a different OS, message me first and we'll figure out if I'm the right fit.
