Do you practise Indian law only?
Yes. I am an enrolled advocate in India and all drafting is under Indian law. For clients outside India, I provide drafting, research and opinions on Indian law matters.
What do you need from me to start?
The facts of your matter, the names of the parties, any existing documents or earlier correspondence, and your deadline. I will confirm everything before I begin drafting.
Can you review a document I already have?
Yes. Choose the package that matches its length and I will review, correct and redraft where needed, with a short note explaining the changes.
Will my information stay confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated as client confidential and is never disclosed or reused, consistent with my professional obligations as an advocate.
Can you file my case or appear for me through Fiverr?
No. This Gig covers drafting, research and opinions. Court filing and appearances require a separate formal engagement under Indian law.
