In the end, I got what I needed, but it was much more hands-on for me than I had hoped. My biggest complaint is that delays are unavoidable but I wasn't advised when the vendor was about to become unreachable for a period of time. Better communication would have raised my rating to 5 stars because I got what I asked for.
