This Gig provides conceptual layouts for design discussion and presentation. It does not include signed drawings, engineering, certified surveys or permit submissions.
What is included, and what counts as a revision?
One concept for a site up to 1 hectare, one PDF and PNG sheet, and one consolidated revision within the agreed brief. CAD source files, renders, new sites and substantially changed briefs are outside the package.
What should I send before you start?
Please send the site boundary, dimensions and units, north direction, intended uses, access points and any existing base maps or planning information. Message me first for sites larger than 1 hectare or complex briefs.
