Does your team lack documentation? Are critical processes living only in someone's head? Is your Confluence a graveyard of outdated pages no one trusts?

- Confluence space structure & governance
- Business process documentation & diagrams

- Knowledge base audits & gap analysis
- Cross-system data mapping (frontend to backend)

FAQ
What tools do you use to create documentation?
primarily work in Confluence, Microsoft Word, Draw.io, and Lucidchart. If you use a different documentation tool, message me before ordering and I will let you know if it is something I can accommodate.
Do I need a Confluence license for you to deliver the work?
If your deliverable is a Confluence page, yes — I will need editor access to your Confluence space. If you do not have Confluence, I can deliver the same content in a structured Microsoft Word document or PDF at no difference in price.
What is the difference between a process document and a system architecture document?
A process document describes how a workflow or business process works — who does what, when, and in what order. A system architecture document maps how systems, integrations, data flows, and technical components connect to each other. If you are unsure which one you need, message me and describe the
Can you document systems you are not already familiar with?
es, with the right inputs from you. I will need access to relevant materials such as existing documentation, system access for reference, subject matter expert interviews, or recorded walkthroughs. The more context you provide, the faster and more accurate the output will be.
What is a documentation audit and do I need one?
A documentation audit is a review of your existing Confluence space or document library to identify what exists, what is outdated, what is missing, and what needs to be prioritized. If your team does not trust your current documentation or you are onboarding new team members without a solid knowledg
Can you design an SDLC process for my team?
Yes. SDLC process design and documentation is one of my core specialties. I have designed and implemented a full company-wide SDLC framework from scratch. This falls under the Premium package. Message me to describe your team structure and current delivery process so I can scope it accurately.
How detailed will the documentation be?
I write documentation for long-term maintainability — not just to check a box. Every deliverable includes clear structure, accurate content, and enough context that someone unfamiliar with the system can understand it. I will confirm the expected level of detail with you before starting work.
Can you create API documentation or integration mapping?
Yes. I have extensive experience documenting REST and SOAP API integrations, mapping data fields across system layers, and producing end-to-end integration flow diagrams. This is typically scoped under the Standard or Premium package depending on complexity. Message me with details.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers changes to content already delivered that fall within the originally agreed scope — such as corrections, clarifications, or formatting adjustments. New topics, additional systems, or expanded scope are not covered under revisions and will require a new order or add-on.
Can you create templates I can reuse after the project is done?
Yes. For Standard and Premium packages I can include reusable templates (SOP templates, incident report templates, meeting notes templates, etc.) as part of the deliverable. If you want templates added to a Basic order, it is available as an add-on. Just mention it when you message me before orderin
