I am a systems engineer based in Spain, combining applied AI and software development with hands-on experience in AV, acoustics and building automation. What information do you need before starting?
Please describe the current process, the result you want to automate, the input and output formats, the systems involved and any API documentation available. Do not send passwords or private access credentials before we agree the project scope.
Does the Basic package include development?
No. Basic is a workflow and feasibility review. You receive a written implementation plan, but no production code or live integration is included.
Are API and AI usage costs included?
No. API usage, AI model costs, hosting, software licences and third-party subscriptions are paid by the client unless specifically included in a custom offer.
Can you integrate my existing business software?
Possibly. It depends on whether the system provides a usable API or another authorised integration method. Please contact me before ordering so I can review the documentation and access requirements.
Do you provide the source code?
Standard and Premium include the original source code created for the agreed workflow unless otherwise stated in the custom offer. Third-party libraries, paid services and proprietary external code remain subject to their own licences.
Can you build a complete AI application or SaaS platform?
Yes, but not within these fixed packages. Larger applications, dashboards, multi-user systems, databases and complex agent architectures require a custom scope, timeline and quotation.
Can you work with confidential business data?
Yes, provided the project is authorised and the required data can be shared appropriately. I recommend using test or anonymised data during development whenever possible and never sending passwords or secret API keys in the initial requirements.
