Hi, I'm Alberto, owner of Proper POAMs. My rule is simple: scope written before work.
The Kickoff Pack gives your project a clear start. Before anything is built, we agree in writing on the outcome you are buying, the milestones, who is involved, the deliverables you will hold, and the risks that need a response.
What you get:
- Risk review: the risks that need your written response
- Engagement charter, confirmed by both of us
- Scope baseline that every later step is checked against
- Milestones, each with owner, target date and evidence
- RACI: who does, approves, is asked, is told
- Changes log and a close confirmation
- Medium adds a work breakdown, communications plan and risk log
- Large adds a 30-60-90 day plan and a status report template
How your package is sized: count your milestones, stakeholders, deliverables and risks. The highest count sets the package. I don't average.
Please message me before you order so we can confirm the size. Every listed risk needs a response from you, or I can't take the job. Any change after we confirm means a new size and price, agreed with you first.

How do you pick my package?
We count four things: milestones, stakeholders, deliverables and risks. The highest band on any one of them sets the package. Small is up to 2 of each (0-1 risks), Medium 3-4 (2-3 risks), Large 5-6 (4-5 risks). We do not average.
What if I don't respond to a risk?
Every risk we count needs a written response from you. If a counted risk has no response, the job is declined. That is why I ask you to message me before ordering.
Can the scope change after we confirm the charter?
Yes, but not quietly. A new milestone, stakeholder, deliverable or risk means a new size score and a new price. We agree each change with you before work on it starts, and it goes in the changes after confirmation log.
How many revisions do I get?
Small includes 1 revision round. Medium and Large include 2. Extra rounds are quoted separately as a special project.
Can you also set up a board for developers to build apps or automate work?
Yes, as a special project. It is offered last, as its own offer, outside the Kickoff Pack price.
