FAQ
Do I need my own server/VPS already?
No. If you don't have one, I'll recommend a provider (Hetzner, DigitalOcean) that fits your workload — typically €5-10/month. If you already have a VPS, I'll work with what you have.
Can you migrate my existing n8n Cloud workflows?
Yes, included from the Standard package. I export your existing workflows and reconfigure them on your self-hosted instance, testing each one before considering the migration complete.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Standard and Premium include a support window for fixes related to the initial setup. For ongoing maintenance beyond that, I offer a monthly retainer — ask me for details.
Do I need a domain name?
Not required for Basic (you can use the server IP), but recommended for Standard/Premium since SSL and a proper domain make the instance production-ready and easier to manage long-term.
Is this different from n8n Cloud — will I lose any features?
No. Self-hosted n8n has the same features as Cloud, without execution limits or the per-workflow pricing tiers. The only tradeoff is that you (or I, via retainer) are responsible for keeping the server updated.
