Got a new supplier price list and need to see what changed?
I'm Alin, a SAP Master Data Specialist. I'll compare your old and new CSV lists by product code and return a clear report of price increases, decreases, unchanged items, new codes and codes missing from the latest file.
The package covers two CSV files with up to 5,000 rows each, in one currency. You receive the comparison report, a separate log of duplicates and invalid values, and short written instructions. One revision within the agreed scope is included.
I check the matching rules, decimal format, units and tax basis before comparing. Problem rows are flagged for review; your original files stay unchanged. A missing code does not necessarily mean a discontinued product.
Please message me with a small anonymized sample before ordering so I can confirm the files are suitable.
This is a one-time report. Native XLSX workbooks, macros, Power Query, scraping, currency conversion, scheduled automation and changes to your store or ERP are not included. Communication and delivery stay on Fiverr.
FAQ
What files do you need?
Two CSV files: the previous list and the latest list. Each needs a product code and price column. Please send an anonymized sample first, with the currency, decimal format, unit or pack size and tax basis.
How do you handle duplicates or invalid prices?
I list them separately with the reason they need attention. An affected code is excluded from comparison on both sides, so an error is not reported as a new or missing product. I do not guess prices or choose between conflicting duplicates.
What does the included revision cover?
One round of adjustments to the agreed report layout or filters, using the same two source files. New files, new matching rules or integrations require a separate scope. Errors against the agreed requirements will be corrected.
